Who we are

ZYA Jewelry is a fine jewellery house with a showroom and workshop in Amman, Jordan. In these terms, “ZYA”, “we” and “us” mean ZYA Jewelry; “you” means anyone who visits this website or our showroom. Our address, telephone, WhatsApp and opening hours are listed on the Contact page and are the only official channels for reaching us.

Using this website

This website presents our collections, services and showroom so you can discover pieces before you visit. It does not offer online ordering, checkout or payment, and no contract of sale is formed through it. You may browse, share links to and save pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or resell our photography, designs, text or other content without our written permission, or use the website in any way that interferes with its operation.

Pieces, images and availability

We take great care to show our pieces accurately. Because every stone is natural and many pieces are finished by hand, colour, size and detail may differ slightly from the photographs, and screens display colour differently. A piece shown on the website is not reserved or guaranteed to be available. Availability, specifications and prices are confirmed only in the showroom. We may update, withdraw or correct any information on the website at any time.

Prices

Prices are not published on this website. They are quoted in the showroom in Jordanian Dinars and may change with the market price of gold and precious stones. A quoted price is valid only for the date it is given unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

Enquiries and appointments

When you send an enquiry, request a piece or book an appointment through the website, WhatsApp or telephone, you are asking us to contact you — you are not placing an order. We will do our best to reply within one working day. Appointments are offered subject to availability. Please let us know if you need to change or cancel, so we can offer the time to another client.

Purchases in the showroom

All sales take place in person at the showroom. The terms of each sale, including price, payment, any deposit, collection date and after-sales service, are set out on the receipt or order form you sign in the showroom, and those terms apply to that purchase. Pieces are released once payment has been received in full.

Bespoke and made-to-order work

For bespoke commissions, resizing, engraving or pieces made to order, we agree the design, materials, price, deposit and expected timing with you in the showroom before work begins. Because these pieces are made to your specification, deposits for bespoke work are non-refundable once production starts, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Timings we give are good-faith estimates; natural stones and handwork can occasionally take longer, and we will keep you informed.

Certificates and appraisals

Where a piece is sold with an independent gemmological certificate, the certificate is issued by the laboratory, not by ZYA, and describes the stone at the time it was graded. The original certificate is handed to you with the piece in the showroom.

Virtual try-on

The virtual try-on is a visual guide to help you imagine a piece before you visit. It is not an exact representation of size, colour, fit or finish. Camera images are processed on your own device and are not sent to us or stored. For accurate sizing, please visit the showroom.

Designs and intellectual property

All designs, photography, logos, text and other content on this website belong to ZYA or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing on this website grants you any right to use them.

Liability

We provide this website as an information service and do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on information shown on it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Jordanian consumer law.

Links to other services

The website may link to services such as WhatsApp, Instagram or maps. Those services are run by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
